The process of developing the CEDS has been guided by a task force representing the municipal, business and non-profit sectors from throughout the region, with help from ViTAL Economy Inc. based in Before submitting the draft document to the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA), we are accepting comments from the public for a 30-day period.
Once accepted by the EDA, the CEDs will serve as a blueprint for economic development activity in the Windham region, and will help the region qualify for grants and assistance from multiple federal agencies.

The CEDS committee and the SeVEDS board will take all comments into consideration in order to prepare a revised CEDS that will be submitted by Jan. 31, 2015 to the EDA for approval.
